Based in Óbidos, Portugal, and Melbourne, Australia, Paul and Pam Adams previously lived  in Tokyo for more than 16 years and have travelled widely throughout Japan.

Paul is a retired corporate communications executive who lived and worked in Australia, the U.K., Japan and Brazil during his 42-year career.

Our tutor, Ev Hales is an inspiring painting instructor. An accomplished and much awarded artist, she has led tours to Portugal, Morocco, Italy, France and Turkey as well as closer to home in Australia and New Zealand.

In September, 2016, she led a tour organised by us in Portugal, Spain and Morocco.  And in November 2017, she led our first painting tour of Japan.  Ev returned with us to Japan in May 2018 and to Morocco in October.

In the northern autumn next year (2021), Ev will lead another of our tours in Portugal and Morocco.
